Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through Patricia Han.com or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers. Online purchases from this section of the website may be made by residents of the U.S., for delivery to clients in the U.S. , including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other places at this time, but if you want to order anyway, please contact us at info@patriciahan.com. We can help.

PatriciaHan.com accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Our payment gateway is well-known Paypal. You may make payment through your own Paypal account if you prefer. Every transaction is encrypted by SSL(Secure Socket Layer). You may see the URL starting from https:// when it comes to the transaction process. Your information (including credit card numbers, billing address etc) is protected by SSL encryption.
Credit Card Check number (CVN number)
Effective October 6th, 2005, this field is a required part of the checkout process. CVN stands for Card Verification Number (sometimes called CID - card identification number or CVC - card verification code), and it is one of the ways that merchants and card issuers are working together to increase credit card security. The number is a 3 or 4 digit code that is added to your card on either the back, above the signature strip, or the front, above the embossed number. It never appears on receipts or imprints of your card. For your protection, we do not store CVN numbers in your records, even if we store your main credit card number. You will need to enter your CVN each time you make a purchase.
Sales Tax
Patricia Han charges sales tax for orders shipped to New Jersey. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
Returns/Exchanges
For online purchases, PatriciaHan.com will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 10 days of delivery. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. PatriciaHan.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Patricia Han's sole discretion.
The exchange of an item purchased on PatriciaHan.com, involves an easy two step process. First, please begin by making an online selection to identify and to purchase the replacement item. Second, return the original item by following the steps outlined in the previous section. Please note that the returned item must be received by PatriciaHan.com in original condition and that new orders are subject to PatriciaHan.com having available merchandise on-hand. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client's responsibility. Please contact PatriciaHan.com at info@patriciahan.com to ensure that you do not incur an additional shipping fee on the replacement item. Your exchange item(s) will be sent to you via UPS ground at no additional cost.
Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, PatriciaHan.com online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. PatriciaHan.com cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

International Shipping
Currently, PatriciaHan.com ships strictly to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) are unavailable through us.
In order to make purchases at Patricia Han, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
However, if you want to place an order from outside US, please contact us at info@patriciahan.com. We can help.
Exceptions
At this time, PatriciaHan.com does not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@patriciahan.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from UPS that your purchase has been delivered.
To ensure the security of you delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain a tracking number for each delivery. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@patriciahan.com
